Dr. Rachel Ballard Mehr is a board certified Family Medicine physician with 8 years of practice experience. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Mehr enjoys spending time with her husband (Dentist Dr. Kamran Mehr), two young children, family and friends.

Dr. Chen, who is board certified in family medicine and fluent in Spanish, obtained her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As a captain in the U.S. Army, she completed a one-year internship at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash. Dr. Chen completed her residency in family practice at Mercy Mayo Family Practice in Des Moines, Iowa.
