I went to Cleveland's Books A Million to order Kronos Rising: Plague by Max Hawthorne. The store didn't have the book but was able to order it. A gentleman said I could pre-pay on a gift card...

I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the employees of this store. I was followed around the store and harassed by the employees and I'm not usually one to complain about service...

The upselling at the register is a bit ridiculous. I know it's not the cashiers fault, but we were asked to spend $ on THREE different programs. Memberships, subscriptions, donations, etc. Just...

I like to come here and read books and usually buy them. I bet I spend hundreds of dollars a year here. They have a coffee shop also inside. I recommend getting a books a million card called...

Mr. Long hair, when someone asks you if you have extra stock dont talk to them like they're stupid. It makes them not want to come in anymore. Thanks.
