The Black Children's Institute of Tennessee (BCI) is dedicated to advocating for the needs and rights of vulnerable children and families, particularly focusing on the challenges faced by Black children in the state. With a mission to influence public policies and enhance the quality of life for these communities, BCI seeks to provide leadership, technical assistance, and advocacy support to both governmental and community organizations.
