I agree with other reviewers. Poor communication and customer service. A great business idea, just not well executed.

Bin-it makes packing and moving so much easier. They were right on time for delivery and pick-up. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely use them again when I move!

I loved using Bin It! It made moving so much easier! No running around town looking for cardboard boxes and it was so convenient that they stacked flat. Love the eco factor too.
