In 2008 Ed and Bev Scoggins started cooking BBQ on the side of the road, because of the recession, Eds contracting business had dropped to nothing. So they sold so much BBQ the first weekend, by Monday the construction office was closed and turned into a kitchen slash BBQ Shack. .
