Bagels were the best I've had, absolutely done right with care and experience. Nick clearly loves his craft and he knows what he is doing. Everything bagel with the dill pickle schmear is so good!

We drove down from Franklin to try these and it was worth the trip. I've tried several bagels since we moved to TN and these are the best. Crispy outside with an airy inside. Amazing.
