I just spent an HOUR sitting in a chair WAITING for customer service to answer the phone at the store! The recording said wait times are between 10 to 20 minutes . HA! I knew I would be waiting...

This is the worst location. Overall these team members are there to upsell not trouble shoot an issue. We worked with Daniel. Very rude experience.
