Neat little place with fantastic breakfast and awesome server. There flavored whipped butter was great. The build you own breakfast burrito was delicious and HUGE!

It's a VERY SMALL establishment and parking is limited, mainly street parking since it's located in a residential area. There's maybe 4-5 tables inside plus a bar area, leading to an hour+ wait...
