used 2 cards ( we're sorry we messed up your order ) each good for free meal . meals they were replacing were 2 x french dip , came with no dip ! order missing their highly touted chicken nuggets...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Only thing I ordered was a half pound roast beef with Arby sauce they gave me horseradish and half of the meat on the sandwich was cold like it just come out of the refrigerator

Nasty, my dog refused to eat that crap! A total waste of money and the service...non-existent.

Heads up. Arby's in Crossville Tennessee is just about worthless. Full of illiterate and def imbeciles that can't read enough to tell the difference between Arby's sauce and tangy barbecue. Idk...

Service is super slow. No sense of urgency for long lines. It's friendly enough but the is definitely no hurry to take orders or get food to hungry people.
