Your delivery guy red tagged the tank and shut the gas off nearly 2 weeks ago. We have been without Aux Heat for nearly 2 weeks Repair man WAS SUPPOSED to be here today between 08:00 and 10:00...

Poor service, and double price. I'm so sick of them I've purchased my tank and now Calling weekly to get bill of sale so I can switch. :( Do not ever use them!
