The company s customers range throughout several industries in the United States as it continues to provide heat-sealing and gel-molding manufacturing services for their businesses. Ooltewah Manufacturing also has subdivisions that act as their own companies. The company has a 30,000-square-foot facility in the Ooltewah Industrial Park in Ooltewah, Tenn. It has ultrasonic welding capabilities, multiple sewing machines, foil-hot stamping machines for custom logo addition to products, and two mixing and pumping stations for use in manufacturing of refreezable cold-packs, motorcycle gel and equine products. Ooltewah Manufacturing also has an electronics department used for the design and manufacture of communications for the motorcycle industry, and is one of the largest distributors of Nolan motorcycle helmets inside the continental United States.
