Sold my husband the wrong lightbulb for car, would not exchange it. Also tried to sell a brand new battery instead of testing current battery- O'Reilly's was much better!

Bought 2 5 dollar parts around 4pm but was wrong size. The tech was very helpful. When i went in to get the parts i should have i gotten the first time, i was met by a very rude short heavy red...
