History

Having a strong desire to help others, I (Jody Musick) entered into the profession of physical therapy to make a difference. While I have found all aspects of physical therapy to be extremely rewarding, being involved in private practice has been the most gratifying. Before opening my private practice, I graduated from Shenandoah University and went to work in a small private practice, Woodstock Rehab and Fitness, as a staff therapist. Life changed and I moved to Johnson City, TN and went to work for a large healthcare facility. Over the 9 years employed, I worked as a staff therapist, managed one of the hospital sites, and before I left in 2011, I was the corporate director of rehab services and oversaw the rehab services of 5 hospitals. I always knew that my ultimate goal was to establish my own practice and treat in a way I believe. I opened Achieve Health and Wellness in June 2011 in Gray, TN. I also have a Kingsport location now.
