History

Through my many years of combative martial arts experience I have developed a tremendous passion for sharing what I have learned. I believe that information has the potential power of transforming lives. I have discovered that the everyday civilian faced with a real world street crime (i.e. mugging, car jacking, rape) would greatly benefit from training in the Krav Maga CT707 system. Inspired by this system I have created the 3E Self Defense program. Not solely focused on the technical physical skills of the combat system but also on the mental preparedness training CT707 is famous for. 3E Self Defense can help you to deal with any physical threat that may endanger you or your loved ones.
