Bait and switch quoted me over the phone one price then once arrived tried to charge me a different price. Went down the street and got same tire for 10 less than the original price

Horrible, unprofessional and very confusing customer service. I've called at 8:20pm, they told me that they could deliver the tire, but it'll be $130 dollars to do so and I was only 10 minutes...
