St. Michaels Association for Special Education (SMASE) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the Navajo communities since 1970. Governed by a Board of Directors, SMASE provides education, therapy, daily living skills, nursing services, and residential services to moderate to severely disabled children and adults from throughout the Navajo Nation.
