Manager seems friendly. You have to sign notice of vacate form 60 days before you leave. Otherwise they will automatically renew your lease even if your lease end. Also, they took off 30% of money...

Property manager, Mary, was very personable and attentive to tenants' needs. Leasing agent, Devin, was very helpful when giving a tour as well. Maintenance workers fixed things immediately....
