Jenny was awesome. I frequently donate but my most recent visit was the easiest one yet. Jenny made me feel comfortable from the get go. We talked and laughed and before I knew it I was done....

Most staff is unprofessional and not worried about you. Make the experience more stressful. No supervisor has ever reached out. Unfortunately my O- blood will be kept to myself. Good Luck!
