Dr. Biberdorf wasn't comfortable with this approach because of his anti-medicine and wellness lifestyle, so he decided to start shadowing different types of doctors. He found a chiropractor in Minot, North Dakota, and on his first day in the office, Dr. Biberdorf experienced his first chiropractic adjustment. The adjustment and the chiropractor's commitment to eating properly, exercising regularly, and living a healthy lifestyle, hooked Dr. Biberdorf.Over time with chiropractic adjustments, he also noticed that the headaches he experienced since adolescence regularly subsided.
