Stephen Khachikian, MD, is a dedicated and experienced ophthalmologist serving patients in the Rapid City, South Dakota, area. Dr. Khachikian earned his undergraduate degree at Siena College in Loudonville, New York, and went on to graduate from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He completed his ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery in Albany as well. Throughout his career, Dr.
