Brookings Wesleyan Church was born in 1950 when two families had a dream for a Wesleyan Church in Brookings. We started out in a small building at the corner of 8th Street and 5th Avenue. We moved to our present location in 1974, and have expanded our facilities several times since then. We are part of Wesleyan Church, an evangelical, Protestant denomination, which is named after our founder, John Wesley.
