The Sioux Falls Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is a family owned practice that started in 1991 with Dr. Richard Howard as the plastic surgeon. Our practice is built on compassion, excellence and trust. Dr. Thomas Howard has followed in his father's footsteps and offers our patients the security of an independently owned Plastic Surgeons clinic. A family business that will continue to meet the needs of our community for many more years to come.
