History
LeRoy Singer founded the company in December of 2002. The first undertaking of Singer Construction was in the spring of 2003, after becoming licensed by the state of South Dakota to install septic and water systems, LeRoy installed his first driveway and septic system. This was only the first of many grueling jobs. Over the years, Singer Construction has grown and gained a positive reputation in the Deadwood area.
