Welcome to the Rock Crest Lodge Beautiful forest views & conveniently located on the edge of Custer City! Located on 10 acres that border the National Forest, Rock Crest Lodge & Cabins provides guests with the best of both worlds: a peaceful forest location and the convenience of being in the town of Custer. Guests have the choice to stay in the newly remodled lodge rooms or the beautiful cabins. With all of the amenities and conveniences, the Rock Crest Lodge is immensely popular for family gatherings and reunions. During your stay here, you will also be able to enjoy a first-come, first-serve picnic area with outdoor grills, a playground, an outdoor pool with hot tub, and lots of room to roam for yard games. You are also within walking distance to downtown Custer and many area attractions. A total of 20 cabins are nestled peacefully amongst the pine trees at Rock Crest Lodge. Of those 20 cabins, 19 lie directly behind the lodge. All cabins are non-smoking and include full baths, mini-fridges, and the amenties listed here. A few of the cabins include full kitchens or even a hot tub! The largest cabin, French Creek Ranch, is actually a few miles down the road on its own 20 acres along babbling French Creek. *Guests who require accessibility are encouraged to book lodge rooms instead, as cabins have multiple steps and are located on uneven terrain. Rock Crest Lodge is open seasonally starting in May through mid-October. Discounted rates available through mid-June and starting again in September.
