Chicken was left under the heating lamps to long, dried out. Manager refused to refund us

Called ahead and ordered an 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. picked up the meal and headed home 75 miles. When we went to eat the chicken it appeared to have been left in the fryer way...

The service in this restaurant was very disappointing. We didn't even stay to eat because it was THAT unwelcoming!! Do better Pizza Ranch.
