Northeast Educational Services Cooperative (NESC) is a specialized education cooperative serving public school districts in northeastern South Dakota. NESC provides essential core services such as Early Childhood Identification, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, School Psychology, and Speech-Language Pathology to all member school districts.

In addition to these core services, NESC offers optional supplementary services including Reading Recovery training and supervision, self-contained special education center-base classrooms, consultation from a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA), and teaching and learning specialists.
