Monaleze Saini, M.D. is a Family Medicine Physician at Monument Health Custer Clinic. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Monument Health Rapid City Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Saini’s philosophy in medicine is to take excellent care of patients and be their advocate through vulnerable times in their lives. She finds pride in her ability to take care of families, from kids to grandparents, and takes a holistic approach to treating the body has a whole. She enjoys getting to know her patients outside of their interactions in the clinic. Dr. Saini’s favorite part of living in the Black Hills is the sense of peace and quiet she feels being outdoors.

Monument Health Sturgis Clinic is a primary care, family medicine clinic that provides comprehensive care for the entire family through all phases of life, from childhood to senior years. Board certified physicians and advanced practice providers deliver individualized care for patients at this clinic. Specialty care for general and orthopedic surgery is available each month.

Dr. Ungs grew up in Iowa and Oregon and spent 20 years serving with the U.S. Coast Guard. He has been practicing medicine since 1977, maintaining a high personal set of ethics and being kind of heart. Dr. Ungs practices occupational medicine, providing health care to workers and focusing on health and safety issues that affect employers. He has lived in Rapid City since 2014 and enjoys woodworking, repairing old pocket watches and studying history.
