SESDAC is a community-based service agency that provides a range of support solutions for individuals. It assists individuals with disabilities to live, work and socialize in their communities. Founded in 1973, the agency also offers residential, supported living, personal advocacy, employment, job coaching, transportation, medical, guardianship and family support services. SESDAC maintains a staff of more than 140 employees. It additionally provides various recreational opportunities. The agency s SESDAC Foundation receives and administers several charitable gifts and invests in programs. SESDAC is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership. It serves clients in Clay and Union counties in South Dakota.

Kore Cares provides home care and nursing services across eastern South Dakota.
