The center provides various home care services that include 24-hour on-site staff, wireless call system, three meals a day, smoke and fire detection system, kitchenette, small refrigerator and sink, heat and air conditioning units, housekeeping and laundry. Tieszen Memorial Home also provides street apartments for handicapped and disabled people, as well as providing housing for people that do not qualify for subsidized housing.

The Good Samaritan Society’s skilled nursing center in Wagner sustained significant damage in non-resident areas of the building as a result of a fire in November 2022. We are rebuilding and anticipate reopening in the summer of 2025.
