Connor Weisser, D.O.

Monaleze Saini, M.D. is a Family Medicine Physician at Monument Health Custer Clinic. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Monument Health Rapid City Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Saini’s philosophy in medicine is to take excellent care of patients and be their advocate through vulnerable times in their lives. She finds pride in her ability to take care of families, from kids to grandparents, and takes a holistic approach to treating the body has a whole. She enjoys getting to know her patients outside of their interactions in the clinic. Dr. Saini’s favorite part of living in the Black Hills is the sense of peace and quiet she feels being outdoors.

Dr. Jaron Miner is a Family Medicine Physician who practices at Custer Hospital. Dr. Miner earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. From there, he joined the Regional Health Rapid City Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Miner practiced in Tuscon, AZ and Wasilla, AK, which provided him with unique opportunities to practice medicine with a diverse group of individuals. Miner approaches his work with the philosophy of treating the whole patient, which includes mind, body and spirit. He strives to provide the best treatment for each individual using evidence-based and up-to-date recommendations for particular treatments. Dr. Miner gained a love for the Black Hills during his residency, and he is grateful to living in the area with his family.

Louise Halbleib D.O., is a Family Medicine Physician at Monument Health Custer Clinic. She received her medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Monument Health Rapid City Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. She enjoys preventative medicine, women’s health, breastfeeding medicine, pediatrics, and musculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Halbleib is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, South Dakota Academy of Family Physicians, Black Hills District Medical Society and the South Dakota State Medical Association. She is proficient in Spanish and enjoys cooking, hiking, camping, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family.
