Clean it. Deep clean this place. Dust, mold, ... but points for ancient but good blackout curtains & clean sheets. But deep clean EVERYTHING else please. Cigarette burns in the blankets....

This place was like a cheap room you rent by the hour. The carpet was torn in many places and filthy. The lamp shades were yellowed and cracking. No blankets only bedspreads. Wonder how often they...
