The facility was dirty. Our room's shower curtain was full of mold. When we asked for a replacement, no one came. Pool was fine but water park area was dirty and freezing.

Terrible. Filthy room. Do not stop here. Yuck. Front desk is so incompetent and I dont believe they employ "housekeeping". Do not stay here.
