We provide a complete range of care in the comfort of your own home. This includes personal care, companionship, skilled therapy and skilled nursing. Our office is locally owned and operated.

Emily Duffy, M.D, is a Palliative Care Physician at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital. A Palliative Care Fellow and Internal Medicine Resident at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, Dr. Duffy received a Doctor of Medicine at University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine in Vermillion. Dr. Duffy was an academic All-American and NAIAA ll College Women’s Golf Team Captain at Northwestern College of Orange City, Iowa, from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude as an Honors Scholar with a B.A in Biology and Chemistry.
