Giant taroed rolls (carpet maybe?) took up several parking spots. The jets on the hot tub didn't work, which is why I chose it. Hotel refused to offer a discount or any compensation. The vents...

No housekeeping at all. Pool was bath water temperature. Hot tub was cold and no jets. Needs updating.
