HistoryKosama is a relatively new concept in group fitness. The franchise has been in place in Sioux Falls since 2011, and under new ownership since Aug, 2015.SpecialtiesKosama is a group fitness based exercise gym. We offer a large variety of classes several times per day, 7 days a week. Our classes are taught by certified fitness instructors with an emphasis on proper exercise form and safety. Our program involves the use of kettle bells, kickboxing, weighted body bars, TRX suspension bands, bodyweight, cardio, yoga, hot yoga and plyometric exercises.
