Wow! This has been quite an experiment in trying to get an old Marine up and running once more. I've been on the phone with 4 different X-employees trying to get internet and multiple TVs...

Store people were great. I've had 5-6 appointments cancelled or no show for installation and when they dont show up you go to the back of the line and you get an appointment 10 days out....

Same level of customer service as calling them. Not open but their website says they are. What makes it worse is they don't have a local number so now I have to guess when they are going to be...

Got a call to switch my iPhone service to Xfinity. I did and was good for about 6 weeks and then I got a $76.36 charge on my credit card for set up and etc. The agent didn't mention this charge...
