Dr. Douglas Tiedt, M.D., is a highly experienced and board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Specializing in high-risk obstetrics and a wide range of gynecological procedures, Dr. Tiedt is recognized for his expertise and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Dr. Tiedt's journey in medicine began with his premedical education at the University of Miami, where he double majored in Biology and Chemistry. He went on to earn his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida before completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, VA. Dr. Tiedt has held various positions in military and civilian health care settings. He served as Lt. Commander in the Medical Corps of the US Navy, with postings in Okinawa, Japan, Long Beach, CA, and Camp Lejeune, NC. Following his honorable discharge, he continued his practice in Lancaster, SC, where he worked at Springs Memorial Hospital and established a solo practice before joining MUSC Health Lancaster. Dr. Tiedt's dedication to advancing medical knowledge is reflected in his teaching experience, where he mentored Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine students at VCOM Carolinas and Nurse Practitioner Students at various universities. Active in professional organizations, Dr. Tiedt maintains memberships in prestigious bodies such as the American Medical Association, South Carolina Medical Association, Lancaster Medical Association, SC OB/GYN Association, and the American College of OB/GYN. Outside of his medical pursuits, Dr. Tiedt is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hobbies such as hunting, fishing, gardening, and bike riding. He has also contributed his skills to mission work, teaching modern OB/GYN surgery in China. Dr. Tiedt has been honored with numerous awards and accolades throughout his career, including recognition from the American College of OB/GYN and the Outstanding Young Man of America. His commitment to excellence, coupled with his passion for patient care and medical education, continues to define his impactful career in women's health.

Dr. Duaa Alkhader, M.D., is a dedicated internal medicine physician with a robust background in clinical practice, academic research, and patient care. Upon graduating from Jordan University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Alkhader distinguished herself as a top performer, earning a spot on the Honor List for three consecutive years and graduating in the top 10% of her class. Following her graduation, Dr. Alkhader began her medical career with an internal medicine residency at Jordan University Hospital, where she honed her clinical skills and developed a deep commitment to patient care and medical education. Her residency at JUH laid a strong foundation in internal medicine, which is marked by her professionalism, leadership, and dedication to evidence-based practice. In 2019, Dr. Alkhader relocated to the United States to further her medical career and joined the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). At MUSC, she undertook another internal medicine residency. While at MUSC, she actively engaged in academic research, particularly in transplant nephrology, and pursued advanced training in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS). Dr. Alkhader’s professional credentials include ECFMG certification, ACLS certification by the American Heart Association, and American College of Physicians membership. She is also CITI certified, demonstrating her commitment to ethical research practices. Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Alkhader has a rich history of volunteer work, including medical campaigns in underserved areas and leadership roles in various health awareness initiatives. Her volunteer efforts reflect her dedication to community health and medical education and showcase her ability to lead and inspire.
