Woven Electronics

With the belief that the solution is clear, Edgar Ross established Woven Electronics in 1963. Originally a division of Southern Weaving Company, the company now manufactures a variety of electro-textiles used in the construction of circuits for military, computer, medical, security and aerospace applications. Its products include electronic harnesses, digital signal transmission line cables, insulated cables for medical environments and security systems. Woven Electronics has headquarters in Simpsonville, S.C. Its 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is certified according to ISO 9001 standards. The company also has a United Kingdom-based subsidiary, Woven Electronics, Ltd., which handles manufacturing and sales for the European market.
