She has to be drugged up before she comes to get services because she has high anxiety! She wouldn't let them touch her last time! Meds are expensive.. Very expensive but that's NOT their fault....

They were all wonderful with my kitty but cost prohibitive for me to go back. It is a shame that the business end will prevent me from getting further care for my animals there.
