Terrible service! We waited in line for 15 minutes while 6 people behind the counter stood there doing nothing we will never stop here again

They didn't give me my chicken nuggets on my biggie bag, no spoon or fork to eat my frosty or baconater fries. All my food was cold and the soda was nasty. Just unacceptable!!
