IMO this is one of the worst local Wendy's I've ever been too. Their service and ability to correctly get your order is off the chart bad! Please choose another location bc from their management...

216 E. Hampton St Sumter SC...food cold, no cheese, no nugget sauce, just nasty. Customer service was good, but how they fix your food is hideous.

Customer service is terrible. Took forever to get my food and the bacon was burnt. They also pulled me forwards being the only customer. Not coming back. Came at 4:30pm.

Terrible just Terrible! I ordered a tea with a baconator guess what? The man window said pull to the front I said okay I was the only one there and he asked Me to window I thought who else was...
