This is my greasy obsession when visiting the Southern US. It's never actually clean, but the food is so sinfully good and unhealthy, that I will let that slide during my four visits per year ....

"Open 24/7" hmm the workers lock the doors at 12am, so not really.... Wanted some food, but they declined service.
