Nicole is literally the best!! She was very nice and made me comfortable during my Brazilian. It wasn't painful at all and she has a great personality and knows what she's doing!

this was an awful experience, the lady was clueless i'm disappointed. i have brown hair and she dyed my eyebrows black without even asking.
