ULTRA TAN is the pits...very nasty customer service and old bulbs all the time....over priced packages as compared to so much competition in the surrounding area. I DONT RECOMMEND OR LIKE ULTRA...

Ultra Tan refuses to cancel memberships over the phone. You have to physically come in talk to the snotty attendants. If you are out of town at the time you are hosed. Don't waste your money at...
