True BBQ has been open since September 2013, but don't let the newness fool you! The Pit Master has been barbecuing for over 30 years.
Specialties
True BBQ specializes in authentic pit barbecue. We slow cook all of our meats, which includes Boston Butts, Beef Briskets, Ribs and Chicken. We use dry rub for seasoning and leave the choice of sauce up to you, but you might not need it! Our meats are the best even without the sauce.
