Very disappointing service!!! My dressy jumpsuit that cost almost $200 was nearly ruined. The jumpsuit had 3 large rhinestone buttons but one of the buttons was missing. I didn't discover that...

Great work on my rugs and comforters . Definitely going again! I hope in the future they can expand their comforter and rug services.

Don't take your rug here to get cleaned, they charged me $50 for a small runner, took several weeks, and came back dirtier than it was before. They're so disorganized and couldn't even tell me...

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. I had a dress that cost me over $200 and per the instructions on the garment I took it to Tripp's to be cleaned....
