I like Tipsy but sometimes the quality of food can be hit or miss. Staff is always cordial and helpful. I do worry about the drop off in customers because it is very noticeable at lunch. Not sure...

A group of us (8) came here on Wednesday night to fellowship and celebrate the 87th birthday of our dear Jan. I've never been here before but others have. Our server Ethan was wonderful....

Service was very slow today and it was not busy. Drink from bar was good. The food was average.
