History

Tidewater Health incorporated in 2017 and opened our doors in the winter of 2019. We saw the need in The Charleston area for compassionate and empathetic care for patients suffering from mood disorders and opioid use disorder, and wanted to offer patients a service that exceeded expectations.

We treat drug addiction the same as any other disease, with compassionate individualized plans and evidence based treatment. Tidewater Health's therapy choice is medication-assisted-treatment. We offer Suboxone to reduce the effects of withdrawal from prescription pain medicine, heroin and fentanyl.
