Thomas Wilson Faust, Sr., MD

Kristen Nathe, MD, completed her undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in biosystems engineering. She worked as an engineer for Lexmark International prior to receiving her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her internship and residency at Prisma Health–Midlands/University of South Carolina School of Medicine Columbia, where she held the position of chief resident for both her PGY-4 and PGY-5 years. Dr. Nathe then completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Nathe received her Board Certification with the America Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2019. Dr. Nathe is a fellow and member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. She currently serves as a clinical assistant professor with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Her specialties and clinical interests include pediatric orthopedics and trauma care, pediatric fractures, limb deformity and limb lengthening, clubfoot, gait analysis, developmental hip disorders and neuromuscular conditions.

John Clavet, MD, received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He completed his internship at the Eastern Virginia Medical School Department of Internal Medicine and his residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Clavet is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. His specialties and clinical interests include electrodiagnostic testing of peripheral nerve disorders.

Pranitha Nallu, MD, received her medical degree from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in Gulbarga, Karnataka, India. She completed internships at Gandhi Hospital, Tanvir Hospital and J.S. Hospital in India, followed by an internship and residency at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia. She then completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh, where she served as chief resident, and completed a fellowship in pain management at West Penn Hospital, also in Pittsburgh. She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physiatrists and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her specialties and clinical interests include lower back pain, neck pain and performing trigger point, bursa and hip injections, occipital nerve blocks, cervical and lumbar epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation and other interventional spine, neck and hip procedures. She also specializes in performing electrodiagnostic studies, such as electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies.
