Good service when needed. There's usually a line and they stay busy at this location. I LOVE the self-serve kiosk!! Im disappointed in no more Sunday service though. I relied on it.

The customer service here is almost always terrible. I try to avoid this place at all cost. Even when they have turnover, the new people continue to be rude. It seems like a management problem.

There was only one man working here but he was answering the phone and helping customers without skipping a beat. He says he's been doing it for 8 years and it shows-- great UPS store!
